Post Merger Integration

Following a merger, a number of critical business decisions need to be made to ensure the deal is a success in its entirety.

Often, the integration team waits for the deal to close before taking action and managing / putting into effect the practical consequences of the merger. Consideration needs to be given to identifying business synergies, and outlining the strategic integration goals that need to be achieved. Mitigation strategies to address business risks also need to be developed at this stage, as does a comprehensive change management plan.

Tierney Page Kirkland has been working with project teams for almost 20 years. Our expertise lies in enabling teams to have an effective, focused discussion about the aspects most crucial to high performance. When we tap into the methodology we have refined though our extensive experience facilitating risk management, change management, crucial decision making and strategic / scenario planning workshops, we find ourselves in a space which enables our clients to resolve the most pertinent integration issues with clarity and efficiency.

Questions in relation to the combined workforce as well as the realignment of business goals are addressed and consensus agreements are made, ensuring the value and longevity of the business.
