Post Completion Evaluation
One of the most important, yet often missed steps in the project
delivery cycle, is the honest and open evaluation of how well
the completed project or the delivered outcomes meet the original
project objectives and user needs.
Post completion evaluation
not only achieves this, but it also provides invaluable information
and lessons that can feed into
future initiatives. If mistakes are made in the delivery
of a project or initiative, it makes no sense to deny their
existence
and or to ignore the lessons that could be learned. Yet,
this often occurs!

Very often, clients’ needs
and objectives can only be fully understood by visiting the
past as well as looking to
the future. Post completion evaluation provides unique insights
to create improved pathways to success by understanding inefficiencies
and “roadblocks” in current operations and systems.
Our
approach utilises extensive research to discover problems
or inadequacies. This can involve user group surveys, questionnaires,
interviews and / or workshops as appropriate.
Once lessons
from previous and current situations / projects are fully
understood, the combined creativity of all stakeholders
can be harnessed in developing new and efficient solutions.
