The Sydney Water Corporation’s IICATS Wastewater Project is being delivered through a number of discrete packages of work. Each package uses partnering principles as a methodology to promote co-operative relationships between principal and contractor.
Declan Tierney of Tierney Page Kirkland Pty. Ltd. has facilitated the inaugural partnering workshop for each package. Through this facilitation the fundamental ground rules are established and self-monitoring framework identified for application throughout the contract.
